National Association of Insurance Commissioners: The NAIC is a national organization dedicated to assisting state insurance regulators by establishing standards, providing resources and coordinating efforts to monitor insurance practices across the country.

The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations: This website provides free access to the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations. Among many other regulations, the CFR’s contain the implementing regulations of the federal ERISA statute (over which the Department of Labor has jurisdiction) and the federal Medicare statute (over which the Department of Health and Human Services has jurisdiction).
